Panland Training Programs:

Tuning: For citizens of Trinidad and Tobago, training is now offered for qualification as an intermediate level tuner. This is a two-year full-time vocational program within factory operations. The trainee goes through a detailed agenda of modules, which must be progressively completed before graduation to the next stage. Assessment and reporting of training activity are done throughout the first year encompassing full preparation of pans, setting and first tuning of some instruments. The second year enables first tuning of all instruments and blending of most instruments.

Importantly, the foundation laid by this course enables the graduate to pursue an independent career and develop with practice. This program to date has resulted in the majority of quality young tuners in the industry that are validated and recognized by the certification received upon successful completion of the Panland Training Program.
